ATTENTION PATIENTS

As of 1st April 2023, Mandurah Doctors will operate as a Mixed Billing Practice

 

If you do not provide Reception with a valid Concession Card, a valid University Student Card or proof of school attendance (for students aged 18–25 yrs.) there will be a fee of $80.00 for a standard consultation for existing patients, this fee will be payable at the end of your consultation, after payment is received a rebate of $42.85 will be deposited into your account within 24-48 hrs from Medicare. Children (17 Years and Under are Bulk Billed for Standard consults + Long consults only any other specialised medical procedures : eg surgical procedures for implanon insertion and removals require a payment in which you receive a rebate from Medicare 24-48 hrs after the payment has been received.)

All DVA card holders and students up to 25 years will be bulk billed.

Additional Fees:

Non Attendance Fee $50.00 This fee is included if the patient calls less than 2 hours prior to cancel their appointment.
Late Cancelation Fee $50.00  
Telephone Consult Deposit $50.00 Deposit is taken upon booking the appointment for Private Patients.
Medical Record Request $40.00 Single, $70.00 Family $40.00 for a single patient or $70.00 for a family.
Removal of Lesion’s ,Excisions and Biopsies From $70.00  

 

Note: All New Adult Patients including concession holders must pay their first initial consult, if you are a concession card holder you will be Bulk Billed after the 1st consultation.

 

  • ALL Adult New Patients: A $50 deposit is required to book the consultation, with the remaining fee payable at the end of the consult this includes Concession Card Holders , you will be Bulk Billed AFTER the first consultation.
  • Children: All children are bulk billed from the first consult. We require a $50 deposit to book the appointment, which will then be refunded at the end of the child’s consult.
